Pathfinder
The purpose of this pathfinder is to provide fifth-grade students, teachers, and parents with resources to complement and enhance the Gordon Korman literature unit. The groups will begin this unit by viewing an online interview with Gordon Korman.
This pathfinder is designed to help guide students as they begin Gordon Korman's Everest Trilogy.
Who Should Be on the Next Stamp?
Students completed research in the library media center for their wax museum character. After getting the necessary information we decided to allow our school to vote for the character that would be on the next stamp. Students used the ipads to record their voices, I helped them upload to my YouTube account, they typed their text into our smore newsletter, and I assisted them with creating a Google Form for voting.
